Really?
Quote from the website:-
"These are the photos from the Official photoshoots that were uncollected on the day for whatever reason - they all have an individual ID number below them, can you please email us your full name, full postal address and the ID numbers relevant to your image(s) and we can get them out to you as soon as possible.
All details should be sent to the following email address for the team to arrange this; info@walescomiccon.com
Thank you for attending the 2013 Wales Comic Con and we hope to see you at the next event soon."
That's who I emailed about the fact I was one of the people whose photo with Robert Picardo went missing. No response either....
If you are saying we've not had a response because we should have been emailing support@walescomiccon.com instead, I'm not going to be happy.....

No that is the right inbox to send your details through to for your photoshoots.
But that is one persons email box, Support is the general box and goes to several crew members so people can have issues dealt with faster and have questions answered sooner.

Any idea how far through they are with sending the photos out? I emailed my details on 12 May and haven't heard anything yet. Not in any great rush but without any kind of acknowledgement I've no idea if my email was even received or has got stuck in a spam filter somewhere.

I also emailed for my photo's over two weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Glad to hear I am not the only one having this problem but really Wales Comic Con shouldn't offer a service they can't deliver on. Its frustrating that if I had queued to meet Nicholas Brendon and paid on the day I would have an autograph and a photo then. Also I wouldn't have had to run around like a headless chicken after all the misdirection on the day too concerning when the shoot was taking place.

They have started going out as people are even posting to notify us/fellow fans that they are now receiving them. As we have already stated this is not a situation we wanted you or ourselves to be in and are working through it the best we can with the means available. We are ensuring that everyone is getting their images wherever they may be based in the world. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know once it has been popped in the post - all orders are going via first class post. The info@walescomiccon.com is the correct email to send this too and it goes directly to me and I am working through these orders so apologies once again for anyone that feels frustrated by this but I guarantee you will get your picture(s) 100% ~Jaime

I appreciate it takes time. If they're still going out then that's fine. Just didn't want to find out they'd all gone and I hadn't heard anything. As I said, not in any rush but also know that sometimes emails aren't always received for a variety of reasons. I will wait a bit longer.

Absolutely - we will of course update everyone once we have sent out all the images that we have received emails for so if there is still anyone that has NOT had any correspondence after that time then we of course will address that as there is an email missing etc ~Jaime

Can anyone tell me how long it was after receiving your email that your photo arrived? The timescale has varied from next day to up to two weeks currently - all have gone first class and when getting an "official" answer from the Post Office they said that first post does not guarantee next day, or the day after but becomes a 'priority' when landing in the sorting office only - not what we wanted to hear but thank you for the patience they are all reaching their destination
