I emailed last Saturday in response to the tweet that was sent about a refund for her photoshoot and haven't heard anything. Not in any great rush but any idea how long it might take for it to be sorted?
Still really looking forward to the event as there's plenty of great guests to meet.
Edit:- All sorted. Thank you.

Hi wondering if someone could help me out I don't think I've received my refund for my photoshoot. What email address do I need to contact?

An automated mail would have been sent out when the tickets were taken off sale and a refund warrant issued - in the email people were asked if they wanted a straight refund or to exchange the product for an alternative photo-op - being so close to the event now these refunds will take place after the weekend has passed including the booking fee attached to them.

I have both checked both my paypal account and my email and I can see no email about a refund, I can only find the receipt for the transaction itself, do you know which day the email was sent out, or who is was sent from? The last email I got from mercury was the 16th Dec. 2012, showing an invoice.
