hey i ordered x2 early tickets a while back and think i have enter the email wrong because i have not had a email about me buying the and i still have not had my tickets and the event is getting really close and afiard i wont have them Hi, they are still in the process of being posted out so I wouldn't worry. I'm assuming you entered your address correctly and you have your paypal receipt for proof of purchase

It sounds like there is an issue with the ticket issuing system. My wife ordered tickets months ago as a birthday surprise for her sister as we are unable to make it this year. It is now less than 2 weeks until comic con ans we are still yet to receive the tickets but in a previous post by a moderator we were told that tickets would be posted out up until 2 weeks before. So my question is, if that is the case then where are our tickets? If you are unable to provide the tickets then please tell me how I can get a full refund as both my wife and I have tried to contact you via email and Facebook and have yet to have a reply. As far as customer service goes this has been quite poor as we contacted you a while back and still no reply. Could you please respond as soon as possible as we need either the early bird tickets that we ordered or a full refund as soon as possible. Thanks

Paypal is not the only option of purchase there was an option to just pay by card OR pay by Paypal so no Paypal receipt please advise.

This was still processed through Paypal's website though at point of purchase so there will be a temporary record on file for that - you should have received an automatic email confirming your purchase as well as a transaction on your statement if you paid by card. If for whatever reason the tickets do not arrive before the event simply bring a proof of payment along with ID to the entrance and the team will assist you there on the day

Thanks As is stated on our website and has been the same for some time at our events, if you do not receive the tickets in the post for whatever unknown reason then you simply bring a proof of payment to the front desk on the day along with ID so that the team will grant you access to the event - the name will then be ticked off our list as we keep that on file at every event for all our attendees. This has also been reiterated numerous times across social media - please remember that this is quite literally run by one or two persons at most up until the day itself and we work around the clock to ensure this happens for all - everyone gets in each year who prepurchases tickets and this year should be no different

All I have as proof of purchase is a line on my bank statement which says £22 WCC these were a gift to my daughter and her friend are we to just print this off will it suffice? I never received any confirmation email from Paypal. I am worried about letting two 15 year olds queue up on their own to get in without a ticket I just don't think this is good enough.
