Your paypal receipt is your payment confirmation and then your 2nd email will be your dispatch email (this will be after the new year sometime in January)

Hi, I've purchased a VIP ticket and was wondering how I'm meant to book the photo shoot. Can I wait until all guest photo shoots are announced, as most years you keep naming guests until the week before.

The photo-op voucher will be something generic to use and hand in on the day so you can keep your options open of course

Hi I'm new to Wales Con I paid for my tickets on the 2nd of January I received a paid confirmation email ( paid with my card as I don't have PayPal) Was wandering how long does it take to receive your tickets? I know there's still plenty of time but in case of any problems is there a contact number to ring in case my tickets don't arrive etc? I know it's a bit premature but rather know now than leave it to late...If the tickets don't arrive will I still be allowed into the venue if I bring the confirmation email and bank statement as proof I've paid?? I've got my train ticket so don't want to be stuck in wrexham with my 3yr old grandson all day if I'm not allowed? Thank you

Hi don't worry, if you have your proof of purchase you will get in to the event. Tickets will get posted out, I remember a friend of mine got hers a couple of weeks before the last WCC so don't worry if you don't get them straight away. X

I've ordered a VIP ticket and had the email through asking for my details. What do I put if there isn't a guest I want a photo with so far? I've got the Torchwood cast ones and the other one was Jed. Do I leave that part blank for now?

You don't have to have a photo if you don't want to but it is included so wouldn't cost extra. If you could let them know now that would be great so tickets can be sorted out. If you don't want to get a photo leave it blank

Jamie and the team have been having lots for request like this and have said Tickets are being sent out at the moment you will get a dispatch email when your tickets are sent to you (As stated on Wales Comic Con Twitter account). Have no fear tickets will get to you before the event and even some of the big ticket ordering service like Ticket Master do state that tickets can be sent up to two weeks before an event.

So my advice do not panic, just wait and keep an eye out for the dispatch email . They will not be able to give you a definative dispatch date. But they have a new delievery system this year which will ensure that everyone tickets will get them within good time.

Yes please don't panic just yet. I was told that tickets will be posted out before the event.

As well as tickets they have to arrange the crew, the vendors, flights, travel and accommodation for the guests and im sure numerous other bits and bobs that will go towards making the day one to remember

Make sure to preorder entry tickets before April 10th when the Online Store closes.

Hi! I'm wondering if you can help me.
I bought 2 early bird tickets on the 6th Jan 2014. Payment was successful through PayPal but I never received a confirmation email saying this. I have the details of the transaction on my PayPal.
Have you sent out any tickets yet? If mine don't arrive what do I use as proof of purchase?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, tickets are still being sent out for both the early bird and the general entry. They will all be posted out before the convention but just in case you don't receive them (if they get lost in the post) take with you your proof of payment
