I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this thread- if not, just let me know- but, I was wondering if any fellow lolitas are attending WCC this year? I shall be going in classic lolita, and hopefully meeting the lovely Billy Boyd. Therefore I thought it might be nice to meet up with some of my fellow frilly friends; it'd be nice to have someone to talk to whilst I'm there! So, uhm, yeah, if you're attending WCC in lolita or just have a general interest in lolita, let me know, as I would love to meet up with you there!
