We are pleased to announce that comic artist Lee Townsend will be attending the Wales Comic Con in 2014 for the first time!
Lee began working in the comics industry in the early 90's for Marvel UK, on titles such as Action Man, and the Deaths Head spin off series.
He then went on to work in animation for several years for Disney and Dreamworks.
After leaving the world of animation he returned to Comics whivch was always his first love, once again working for Marvel on Spetcaular Spider Man, Avengers, X-Men, 2000ad on Judge Dredd, Sinister Dexter, Breathing Space, DC (Hellblazer, World of Warcraft,) Top Cow, Kin with Gary Frank.
Lee is currently working for Avatar Press, and is in discusssions with DC about his next project, while also having several storyboard and design fim projects in development.
We are please to welcome Lee to our convention for the first time! ;D
