Hi,
More than a week ago I received an email telling me that my tickets had been posted to me but I am yet to receive them. I have sent an email regarding the matter through the website but haven't received any response. Can someone please advise me on what I need to do because I paid ages ago and don't want to get there on Sunday and find that I am not allowed into the event.

Hi Robert, When you were sent a dispatch email this also contained an individual ID number to your order - if you do not receive the tickets before the event please bring this along with your Paypal receipt to the box office on the day. We had over 1000 preorders and were ready to act when something like this might happen so the team will have a checklist at the door to sign off your order when you arrive If they do however arrive before then, enjoy the show!
