Okay guys please find the timings for the Q&A panels at Wales Comic Con this Sunday September 23rd.
**PLEASE REMEMBER**
The talks this year take place in the Catrin Finch Centre which is situated next door to the sports hall, as you come out of the sports hall turn left and it is around the side entrance - storm troopers will be on patrol throughout.
You will not be allowed access to the talks unless you have a proof of entry stamp from the organisers booth upon entry to the main part of the show.
Seating will be limited for these very popular panels this year so make sure to show up early! All attendees will have to exit the hall after each talk.
10.35-11.00 - Warwick Davis (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Willow & Lifes Too Short)
11.30-12.00 - Billy West (Futurama, Ren & Stimpy, Doug, Space Jam)
12.15-12.45 - Craig Parker (Lord of the Rings, Spartacus, Underworld)
13.00-13.30 - Gareth David-Lloyd (Torchwood)
14.50-15.25 - Chris Barrie & Robert Llewellyn (Red Dwarf panel celebrating Series X)
15.45-16.30 - Game of Thrones panel sponsored by HBO UK & Zavvi.com
If you have any questions on the day please ask a member of the team.
Filming will not be allowed during these panels and flash photography will be limited to the first 5 minutes - security and staff will be present so please abide by these rules and enjoy the show! ;D

When you say "All attendees will have to exit the hall after each talk." does that mean just that room? I'm wondering if that means we have to leave the event all together after a panel? as I'm hoping to get into billy west's & red dwarfs panel if I'm lucky

I'm GUTTED you made Warwick the the early bird talk. Seriously that's really unfair to wait til tickets are all sold then tell people what they can't see.
I have been looking forward to meeting him every since you added him to the list in April and now I find out I'm going to miss his talk?
That's really put a downer on the whole weekend now.

I have been looking forward to meeting him every since you added him to the list in April and now I find out I'm going to miss his talk? That's really put a downer on the whole weekend now. When asked this was arranged with Warwick to be early - he will be signing all day and also copies of his book as well - this is in no way a punishment to anyone but people have to appreciate these things cannot be organised early on due to schedules etc |

I just wish there had been some kind of indication that this might have happened - the reason my group didn't get early tickets was cause they thought it would just have been extra time - no indication that one of the major guests would have a talk when only a handful of people can see it.
I can't even buy an early ticket on the door - although I do understand why you capped the early tickets and why there aren't any for sale on the door tomorrow - but still I'd be a lot happier right now if it was an option! (Don't suppose there have been any early bird cancellations!?*hopeful*)
I know there's lots to arrange with timings and everything etc and you can't please everyone but I'm still gutted to miss out.
