Wales Comic Con is pleased to be able to now offer a pre-order service for all of your autographs for this years show as we know that there are a lot of you who can’t make the show and want these guests in your collection.
There will also be a ‘send-in’ option for your own items should you want to get the guest to sign on a piece you already have signed or just a personal item.
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders will be on a show provided photo handpicked by our team who have years of experience in autographs to ensure that you get the best possible image/signature combination.
Dedications are also possible but are at the guests discretion. Signatures will be provided in black/blue/silver or gold pen dependent on the image.
Should you require a dedication kindly confirm this together with the guests name and amount of signatures required within the comments box when paying for your order.
There will be a small handling charge per signature of £3.50 but a flat postage charge of £5.00 for UK orders and £10.00 for International Orders irrespective of the amount of items you have signed. This enables you to add all of the signatures that you want to your collection for a great price.
NB – Postal charges will apply per order. If you send two orders you will have to pay two lots of postage.
Your Order for pre-ordered items should take the following format and be placed within the comments box when paying for your order -

Guest Name – Amount of signatures required – Dedication if wanted – total amount paid (signing fees plus £3.50 per signature)
Postage Paid
Once payment is received you will receive an order number which MUST be used in any further correspondence. Once an order has been placed it cannot be altered or changed and you should ensure that it is correct before placing the same.
In the event of a guests cancellation all signatures fees for that guest will be refunded.
SEND-IN ITEMS
These can be accepted and will be returned in the packaging that you send the item in. If you send a poster in a thin cardboard tube this is what it will be returned to you in. Please take this into account when sending the item.
ALL items will be returned requiring a signature. No exceptions.
The same handling charge of £3.50 per signature applies and actual postage will be calculated after the show and a separate invoice sent.
Items should be clearly marked where they require signing and with your pen choice. If this is not done then placement and pen colour will be at the discretion of the team. If there is a specific pen that you require the items signed with this should be included within the package with your item.
Whilst every attempt to be made to photograph your item being signed this is not guaranteed.
ALL items should be labelled with your name, address, contact details and Order reference (provided at time of payment).
NB – Wales Comic Con will not be responsible for damage or loss incurred to your items. By placing a send-in order you are accepting liability for the same.

All items should arrive no later than Friday 19th April 2013. Any items received after this date will not be taken to the show and your order shall be refunded less a handling charge of £3.50.
