I am keen on meeting some of the artists, i would like to get a comic signed by some of them but i see no prices, please can you advise?

Hi I am keen on meeting some of the artists, i would like to get a comic signed by some of them but i see no prices, please can you advise? thanks Most artists are happy to sign your comics for free (within reason that you don't bring hundreds along!) but please be patient as they are often busy sketching away throughout the day and take requests at the event for any superheroes you may want drawn there and then If in doubt many of them are taking orders and answering questions via their social network pages regarding the event too! ;D

Yep, signatures pretty much always free. Don't worry too much about the sketching - signing a comic takes seconds, and there isn't an artist in the world who'll make you stand there and wait 20 minutes while they finish drawing something.
If you get to one of the comic guests and they have a queue of people waiting for sketches then by all means mention it because con etiquette dictates you go to the front of the line. Be sure to ask, obviously, but most people will just let you go ahead. Most creators follow this same rule that people who just want signatures shouldn't have to wait behind people who want sketches.
I collect artwork myself and will often wait a long time in queues, and can tell you that anybody who has a problem with you going ahead of them for signatures that take less than 5 minutes is an unreasonable and selfish dick. Them's the rules.
