I received my tickets in the post end of last week (order no. 1786)... Ordered 3 entry tickets and few different photo tickets, BUT i've only received 2 entry tickets in the post. I've tried replying to any of the email contacts I've had so far and no response at all.
Who can resolve this, please?

Posting here for you to I do know the email info@walescomiccon.com has been down recently. If you haven't emailed that one that would be your best bet.and mark your email as urgent. If you have Twitter try tweeting on comic con page as well that can be of help to get some notice. If you still have no lucky before Sunday (but I am hopeful you will get it sorted). Bring print out of transaction fees on PayPal and invoice of ticket with you when you enter, say the issue and you should be directed towards the box office. You will not have to pay again I can reassure you on that. I do know a lot of people have had the same issue and Jamie and the team are adressing it at the moment. We will be contacting people with confirmation of any potential missing tickets tomorrow and Saturday as some seem to have been stuck in the mail even though everything went first class post no later than Tuesday. If this is the case people will be allocated an individual reference number to quote on arrival to the event and the tickets will be waiting along with any potential missing passes.

Hi, sent a few messages but got no reply. I purchased the 2 unwanted red dwarf tickets and 2 entry tickets from a lady who can no longer make it. I did not know when I got them but she still has one remaining missing ticket which will likely not get to her in time to send to me. I have all of her proof of purchase and with luck (post dependant) I should at least have one of the red dwarf tickets. If some one could contact me regarding this I'd be very thankful as its a lot of money. I know its totally my fault, and its not your problem but if someone could help me out and at least let me know if I will be able to get in on Sunday I would really appreciate it.
