Hi, I have purchased 2 x red dwarf photo op tix and 2 x entry tix from a lady who can no longer go. Stupidly I presumed they were e-tickets but now I'm worried that they will not make it to me on time. I know this is not your problem but if I have the invoice confirmation as well as the original PayPal receipt will I be able to gain entry. I'm really worried now that ill have wasted my money. The lady I have got them from is also contacting you to see if there is anything you can do to not waste these tickets. Also she only ever received one if the RD tickets ( just to further complicate things). But as I say I have the payment details etc. if someone, anyone could help, advise I'd be very very very thankful!!!!!!

I have ordered a VIP ticket and received an email that said it has an attachment form to fill in and email back. There wasn't an attachment on it, I have emailed back to Jon but still had no reply, can you help.
