Tickets will be dispatched all the way up until around 2 weeks before the convention - you will receive a confirmation email directly from the team once your tickets are in the post. They will be delivered via recorded mail to ensure their safe arrival.

Hi I ordered my tickets in Feb 7th and they haven't arrived yet sent email to coordinators email and have had no response, when will I receive my tickets???

Absolutely ridiculous service.....no matter how busy someone should still reply..........you have my money so I would likely tickets..........one week to go and nothing

Will someone ACTUALLY confirm my tickets Absolutely ridiculous service.....no matter how busy someone should still reply..........you have my money so I would likely tickets..........one week to go and nothing Hi Paul, Your order has of course been confirmed as discussed during the Paypal dispute that you raised online regarding the sale of tickets - as was stated in the store and across various mediums the tickets are still being sent out and the final batch will be delivered this week to fans in time for the event. As per the FAQ page (http://www.walescomiccon.com/#/faq/4579948556) it also states that should they not arrive for whatever reason to bring your proof of payment to the entrance on the day, this will in no way cause any disruption to people's entry and the service provided. Due to the sheer amount of emails we receive especially on the weeks leading up to the event it is very hard for us to respond to them all but as has been stated by the team and our crew who also help with the social media pages we do aim to have all tickets delivered. I am the one person personally putting every single ticket in every envelope with regards to this event, thousands of entry tickets alone for preorders, as we are not a huge corporate entity in the city. We are a local event, run by local people for like minded fans of these events - we try to keep everything very professional for all involved and are of course disappointed to hear that you are unhappy with the level of service to date. This order has now been picked, processed and finally dispatched - it should be with you before Thursday arriving via recorded delivery. am in similar boat VIP ticket awaiting willing to give time but this Saturday is final day to recieve
and at nearly £100 it is a lot to put up front.
