I know the official line is that tickets will arrive but is there a process if they don't?
I seem to recall that last year if you had a PayPal receipt printed off this would get you in so is this true for this year as well?
I have my payment receipt from PayPal but this year I never received an email from Mercury like last year and the ticket was paid for at the beginning of December last year.

If you have paperwork to say you bought a ticket you should be fine but I have every confidence that you will get your tickets in time  |

Hi
I have brought two early bird tickets and that i was wondering when will they come because when i orderd them i didnt get an email due to the paypal not working and i ahd to do it through normal payment plus also after i got them the photo ops went on sale and i was wondering when will i get the tickets for them as i payed for three aswell as i am slighlty worried about this.

It's been stated in numerous places on this forum and facebook, tickets are still in the process of being dispatched and are being sent out up until April 18th. I wouldn't worry about not having them yet *edited for stupidity lol* |
