Fed up of getting no answers :(

I've sent emails, forum messages and wrote on Facebook and I've had no answers. I ordered tickets before new year and I've still not received any of them. It's less then two weeks before the show and the money's been taken but I haven't even had a confirmation email to say they have been dispatched. Please give me some answers

Hi Fay, as stated on the wales comic con facebook page and numerous forum posts tickets are being dispatched continuously up until April 18th so please don't panic if you haven't received them yet. They will be with you before the event.
