Hi all,
OK - we've had a sit down discussion and wanted to throw it out there for you all; Do you want us to keep the date as it is on April 24th which is Easter Sunday or would you like us to change it?
We had planned to throw lots of Easter goodness into the day with giveaways etc all Easter themed but we are concerned regarding travel for those coming from further away.
This date as it stands does NOT clash with any other shows but if we are forced to movie it then we may end up competing.
Let us know your thoughts and we shall do our best to keep you all happy! ;D

date is good for me too, won't have to work the next day  plus I really want to see the impala and may not be able to make it if the date changes because of other events i'll be at x |

It seems like a good date to me, no need to book leave.
I guess the only problem might be for those travelling by train if there's any significant engineering works during the Easter period.

Date is theoretically fine with me. Travel on Easter Sun is not the best in the world, and there will be commissionings (engineering works), but we should know about those in advance and can plan accordingly!
Plus I don't have to book the Monday off, and that REALLY makes a difference to me!

24th would be ok for me - I'm waiting for the date of another event to be confirmed in April, but I know it won't be Easter weekend!

I am hoping you won't change it as I really want to attend, but I understand if you have to.....but I really hope you don't lol. I'm desperate to meet Gareth, having missed him in April.  |

April 10th or May 1st - these are the two dates we have lined up with the venue. Once we sign the paperwork we will let you know! ;D
