Hi all
Now we know it's been a long time coming but we can finally tell you all that the next Wales Comic Con will be landing on Sunday June 5th 2011 at our regular venue within Glyndwr University, Wrexham.
We had to change the initial date from April to June due to the venue being closed not only for the holidays but for refurb - this was decided when the new education year landed in September - we then had to push back to June as not to clash with any other shows happening as we know alot of people travel all over.
It's been an up and down year for us here and alot of things (and people) have tried to put us down but we are going to be back stronger than ever!
We are still waiting to hear back from all guests but majority have confirmed the new date and of course are more than happy to come back.
This year will see more new activities throughout the day for you all, we need your support more than ever though if you want us to take the event to the next level! There are a whole host of actors and artists overseas chomping at the bit to come over but we of course need the audience there to bring them over...
We will be releasing details for hotels, travel etc over the coming weeks and hope to keep you informed.
We will also be updating the guest lineup as and when needed so please PLEASE keep reading the forums it is the ONLY 100% official place to hear anything.
I thank you deeply for the support you have given so far, it is a dream come true to be holding these events and an honour to work with the people, friends, family and anyone and everyone who has contributed over the year!
